As partner and chief legal officer general counsel of weAudit.com, Robert manages the provision of legal services and supports to weAudit.com and its subsidiaries, bringing his vast transactional and analytical knowledge to the business.

About Mark

Robert has a strong belief in giving back to his community. He has volunteered for a wide variety of charities including Meals on Wheels, Junior Achievement and Central Illinois Heart Association Board Member. He remains a local Lions Club member having served 2 years as its President as well as an elder in his church.

Robert prepared for his career through an academic background in liberal arts, industrial relations, finance, accounting, and law. He graduated from the University of Illinois with both bachelor’s and master’s degrees earning academic honors. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University and a Juris Doctor degree in Commercial Law from St. Louis University.
