Click here for a list of questions to ask our competitors. You may be surprised by what you learn.

If you are visiting our site, you probably already know your bank or credit card processor is overbilling you. But you may trust your bank or credit card processor. If so, I would ask these questions (click here) and then see how you feel about them.

There’s no catch! Think of it like when you visit a store and the cookie lady offers you a free cookie—she hopes you’ll enjoy it and buy the whole bag. We believe you’ll love how easy we make it to save money, and we hope you’ll choose to move forward with our paid services. However, if you decide not to, the free audit is yours to keep, simply for giving us a chance.

What we do is fundamentally different for several reasons:

1) Representation: The most essential difference is that we represent the merchant with a singular goal: to get their fees as low as possible! In contrast, processors prioritize their own interests and aim to make as much money on the merchant as possible.

2) Experience: Our team has over 100 years of combined experience. We don’t just analyze fees; we take a holistic approach to find the best solutions on the market, lowering costs and making processing easier. Many sales representatives have less than five years of experience and often lack a deep understanding of interchange complexities or IT knowledge. More importantly, they can only sell their own services. A processor would never recommend a gateway or service that another processor offers. Instead, they are forced to sell you their product whether it is the best solution or not. Again, putting their interests first.

3) No Contracts: We ensure our clients are never locked into contracts with us or any processor or gateway. Credit card processors often try to bind merchants with contracts, but we believe in offering freedom and flexibility.

If you have not yet received your free audit, you can fax your statements to 1-800-672-0392 or click here. Within 3 – 7 business days, you will be contacted by a client services representative with the results of your audit. If you have already received your audit, then you should have received an email with instructions for next steps.

No, we audit processors.

No. weAudit.com works with all entities on the merchant’s behalf and is processor-neutral.

No, weAudit.com does not receive compensation from banks, processors, Visa, or MasterCard. As a company partially owned by attorneys, we cannot financially benefit from any credit card processors we may or may not recommend.

That decision is up to you and your processor. weAudit.com will do everything possible to negotiate the best deal with your current credit card processor if that’s your preference. However, if your current processor refuses to comply, you’ll have the option to either stay with them or have weAudit.com find a new processor that offers the best pricing and billing practices for your needs. That said, over 85% of processors do comply.

No. Regardless if you stay with your current provider or not, your banking agreements remain intact.
