Currently, he’s working as a Principal Technical Program Manager at Zillow Group since November 2022. In his role he is driving the adoption of innovative identity and access management solutions. Before Zillow, Shane worked in technical sales at Genesys as a Strategic Cloud Specialist. He worked closely with top sales and engineering talents to help customers understand how they could integrate with the call center platform via AWS technologies.

His tenure at First Orion as a Senior Solutions Architect saw him overseeing customer solutions from conception to production, providing pre-sales support, architecture, and design insights. At Premier Concepts and UST Global, Shane honed his skills as a Software Architect, leading large and mid-size project designs and influencing technology evaluations across the board.

Earlier, Shane spent over seven years at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, evolving from a Programming Specialist to a leadership role where he spearheaded the integration of key frameworks and systems. His work with the ICS group was pivotal in integrating third-party products on a large scale. His journey in the tech realm began as a Programmer Analyst at Walmart, where he developed applications and supported item database maintenance, playing a critical role in supplier item synchronization.

Shane’s academic foundation in Computational Mathematics and Computer Science from Missouri Southern State University, coupled with his active participation in Kappa Mu Epsilon, laid the groundwork for his impressive career. Known for his commitment to excellence and ability to align cross-functional teams towards common goals, Shane continues to be a transformative force in the technology sector.
